FAQ’s/Store Policies
Pricing for Custom Designs is on a one-on-one client basis and varies.
Customs are completed on a 2 - 3 month turn-around from the appointment date. If needing sooner a rush fee will apply.
Pricing for Alterations can be found on the alterations tab.
Standard Alterations are completed on a 2 week turn-around from the appointment date. If needing sooner a rush fee will apply.
Special Occasion Alterations are completed on a 3 - 4 week turn-around from the appointment date. If needing sooner a rush fee will apply.
Wedding Gown Alterations are completed on a 2 month turn-around from the appointment date. If needing sooner a rush fee will apply.
Please bring the shoes & undergarments you’ll be wearing with your garment for the alterations appointment. If you do not have the shoes you’ll be wearing yet, please bring some that are alike with a similar heel height. This will insure correct fit of your garment.
Pricing for Embroidery can be found on the embroidery tab.
Embroidery is completed on a 1 week turn-around from the appointment date. If needing sooner a rush fee will apply.
We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee. A Cancellation Fee of $15 would apply if you miss or do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance from the appointment date and time.
Please no more than 2 extra guess.
